Winner of the Best DVD category at the 2008 South West Media Innovations - Think Tank is an interactive dvd designed to be used in schools with a wide range of ages - its an classroom learning tool which uses the voice of the supercomputer to help children learn how to discover information about objects - in this case objects collected from the museum of Barnstaple and North Devon. The Galactonaut alien has been sent to the museum to collect objects which are then used in the class to give visual stimulus to the kids. Some games are simple re-writes of classics and some are more complex and more suited to older children. It can be played back and used many times with a different experience each time. The friendly galactonaut 2012 is there to help along the way as he looks around the museum.
