The Hobbit Trail is located just a few miles north of Florence on the Oregon Coast. Even though it is just a short distance from the highway it is a lush, vibrant, living forest trail. Winding paths will take you by colorful mushrooms, verdant undergrowth, small ravines, and twisted tree limbs. Music by Richard Sharpless.
A storm blows across Cape Perpetua on the Oregon coast. Rushing clouds and churning waves set to dramatic music by Gudonark.
Life is full of simple pleasures, like this wild iris blowing in an ocean breeze.
Mother Nature has a wild and wonderful imagination! She is a never-ending source of inspiration and awe, and she inspires me to create. I’ve made this website and my nature videos to share these feelings and visions, so it seems fitting that my first post should be the title track from my Yachatsanova DVD. Visit the rocky shores and sweeping vistas that surround a quirky little town on the Oregon coast. Rushing, time-lapse storm clouds, waves crashing on rugged rocks, seagulls dreaming on the beach….all a part of a day in the life of Yachats, Oregon. Music by Richard Sharpless.
