Maiku Kamishiro is a high school student who has never known his real parents and is currently living alone. His past has always been somewhat of a mystery to him. The only clue he has to who is family might be is an old photograph showing two young twins, a boy and a girl, playing in a small pool outside of a blue house. In an attempt to find his family, Maiku moves into the same blue house as in the photograph and begins working as a programmer. He lives a very comfortable life there until one day. Two girls, Miina Miyafuji and Karen Onodera, show up at his door both in possession of the same photograph and both claiming to be his twin. With no way to prove who is the real twin, Maiku allows both girls to move in with him until they find out the truth.
Maiku is an average young man that is about to have his life turned upside down. After spotting a house on television that appears in a photo that was left to him by his parents, he decides to go live their. Its not too long before two girls, Miina Miyafuji and Karen Onodera, show up on his door step claiming to possible be his twins, as well as wanting to stay at the house with him.
Having the same blue eyes, Maiku Kamishiro might be related to one of the girls that has just entered his life. Having faced with this dilemma, they gather around a table, each with their own photograph of this house which might contain their past. The photograph is of a little boy and little girl with a hat.
Miina and Karen discuss what they will do after Maiku's real sister is revealed.
This episode begins with a recap of what we saw within the last episode. After the intro for episode four it is revealed the Minaa is looking for a job and is having a hard time finding one because most of the jobs require the person to be eighteen or over
Miina and Karen think that Maiku might not like girls. After all, he has two pretty ones living with him, yet he shows no interest in them. So, the two test him (without his knowledge) to see if he likes girls or not.
Both Karen and Mina reflect over the fact that they both kissed Maiku. They know that they can’t fall in love with him, yet they also feel that they can’t help it. So, they create a Love Alliance, a pact between the two. But, can they hold the pact?
The three go to the beach, first seen in Onegai Teacher, to spend some time alone. Where they bump into some of the more notable characters from their school. Will the trio get there quality time or will it go wrong.
Maiku is asked to help out the student council much to the dislike of Miina and Karen, with help from Student council President Morino will this be Tsubaki's chance to make a move for Maiku's affections??? Shimazaki's true nature shown
Maiku, Mina, and Karen decide to spend a day out together. They head into town and go shopping. However, they soon get split up and each of the girls gets to spend some alone time with Maiku. Can they keep true to the Love Alliance?
Miina past is revealed, she confronts her old friend and reconsiles for the past.
Karen plants this card that tells Maiku to come to a certain place in the town to meet her. Maiku does not know Karen is the one he is meeting. Karen shows up wearing the dress she Maiku bought her. She asks Maiku to go on a date with her. Maiku accepts of course, and we just follow them around town a bit. Karen says she wanted to date Maiku, and this is her first date ever. Everything you are led to believe is not the truth. The time is just after 6PM now, and Maiku tells Karen its time to go back, but she has disappeared. Karen is standing below him, and she tells Maiku that she loves him. It is also natural from her to love him becuase she is his younger sister. Karen is the twin. Yes, not Mina, Karen. Karen says she is sorry for not telling Maiku soonner. Sixteen years have passed since Maiku was abandoned by her mother. Back at the house, Karen tells Mina that Maiku is her older brother, and she is not related to him at all.
Miina and Maiku are tricked into going to the train station, and work past their difference now that the truth has been revealed that Karen is the actual twin.
Maiku and Karen continue to work on their relationship as siblings, while Maiku and Miina grow more intimate.
