i am an oldskool streetgeek (that is not totally devoid of street knowledge and urban living) that lives in the uk and runs a small web outfit, working at home. loving life and hoping to change his enviromental ways.
It's been a while since the vloggies and i have not really got around to doing a video post for a lot of reasons, mainly stress over the house - getting myself prepared for next year - work and if to take a part time job to "tide" myself over.? It's been really hectic the last three months.
I just felt "inspired" this morning to get a few things off my chest and decided to follow the lead of zadi and steve by telling you a bit about a project i have launched since getting back from the vloggies in november. It is going well and i'm coding new features and working on the css all the time over this week. Hopefully launching before thursday a new version of the site - so i'll post a bit more about it then.   The primary file is in divx because .mov was being particularly gay today after i have been messing with some settings.
Sorry it took so long to get adjusted. I was messing around with my desk setup and the new house move took it out of me there for a while - i've got loads of video that i took over the december period that i will flash back too but my main focus now is working on socialninja videos. I'll still post video here but they will be more "videoblog" diary things - especially with sam expecting our baby in may. :)
I have a client that requires to put on a collection of nearly 500+ tracks in a secure area of his site but need to be encoded into mp3/ogg etc etc.� � The problem i had is that i did not have a real easy way to do this.� � Now i do.� � � Check out the usb turntable.� Makes my life much easier for this project.
I recently bought some led scrolling badges mainly for the next local business event - at some of these places you can have 50-60 people milling about and there always seems to be an awkward silence for people to get talking to each other.  the only way to truly get noticed is to stand out from the crowd.  cue the scrolling namebadge. To be honest the idea came from getting some nametags for my mates restaurant for his employees.  to show the website address and the name of the person that was serving.   I can sell you one if you want? - i have them for sale at £20 and that includes the windows software and the cable.  It really easy dead easy to use and you can store 10 messages of 255 characters in length so you can have all you information for different vlogs, websites, emails or whatever really. I think they are neat.  In the next video i'll show you the software.
On friday i went with my brother and mother to pick up her prize that she won in a competition with BBC Radio.??? They have a new internet/studio mobile van with three graphics along the side.??? One of them was taken by my mum and it looked great.??? A small video about the day.
This is a short short video demo of agile messager running on the symbian 60 series three platform. Mainly because i suggested the program to clintus and it killed his new DASH. Shite. Sorry about that dude. Just to prove it is a real program and what it looks like here it is. My Veoh Show � � �
