  • This is a balance flow that will work your arms shoulders and legs..with a focus on your butt. It is pretty hard but with practice it will get easier.   • Another fitness video I put together with some still photos. Look better naked!!! Start in a bridge. Make sure your weight is in your shoulders and heels..NOT your neck and toes... You want your ankles right under the knees or just in front of them. Push your hips up and hold them there. Extend one leg out then bring it back to the bridge and repeat without moving the hips. Make sure you do both sides.

  • a simple yet challenging yoga flow. www.LesRomack.com more high quality videos coming soon. i put this together using some still photos that i have. we are working on getting some great high quality videos posted really soon...check back soon! this is a great flow to work the upper body and get a good stretch for the legs and the front of the body. remember to breath in deeply..all the way into your lungs/lower back and stomach. don't hold your breath at all..just keep breathing. keep your shoulders down away from your ears...pull your shoulder blades down toward the middle of your back. this is pretty challenging..if you have a hard time with it at first just keep trying..you will get stronger! enjoy! please note..the video quality is MUCH better if you download and watch on the veoh player..=)

  • this is another yoga video i put together with some still photos..www.LesRomack.com... this is pretty challenging.. as you do it be sure to keep your back flat and stomach in tight..especially from the belly button down..that will help with stablity. make sure you breath deeply..all the way into your lower back and stomach. keep the shoulders down and away from the ears by pulling the shoulder blades down towards the middle of your back. make sure you repeat it for the other side...the vidoe only shows one side... enjoy! remember the quality is MUCH better if you download the video and play it on the veoh player. more videos coming soon...great quality video!!check back...

  • www.LesRomack.com here is another yoga video i put together using some still photos i had. the high quality videos are coming REALLY soon..check back! this is a basic standing balance series. it's a bit challenging ..if you don't get it at first keep trying it will get easier.. make sure you breath deeply...all the way into your lower back and stomach..keep the back flat and stomach in nice and tight. focus on the lower part of the stomach..from the belly button down..keeping that tight gives you some stability. you also want to find something on the wall and stare at that..that will help keep you balanced. keep the knees behind the toes and sit into your heels.. your going to get alot of work in your shoulders, legs,lower back and butt... make sure you repeat it on the other side..the video only shows one side.. enjoy! please note..the video quality is MUCH better if you download and watch on the veoh player..=)

  • www.LesRomack.com a short yoga video i put together using some still photos. this a great core workout using some basic yoga balance moves. this is going to work your stomach, back, butt, and legs. as you do this be sure to find something on the floor in front of you to stare at...that will help keep you from falling over. you also want to keep your stomach really tight for stabilization. focus on the lower part of the stomach, from the belly button down. be sure to repeat it again on the other side..the video only shows one side! more videos are in the works..real videos..great quality!!!..check back soon. enjoy! please note..the video quality is MUCH better if you download and watch on the veoh player..=)
