When I saw this thing at Toy Fair 2007? I was impressed. And after seeing it at TRU I scanned it and the price put me off. And also when I put Snake Eyes in I did not put him in upright. His head does not come that close to the harness.
I know I call him a commando class figure, but he is not. The body was later recast in black and used for Shockwave of the 8 inch Combat Squad line.
As Mentioned before I look at HD's machine gun/cannon.
Brothers from the same clan,they were packed in with a DVD but in order to lower the price the DVD was removed form the set. I see these clogging discount stores here in New York.

To battle the Dark Master, Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow must team up! Not my favorite incarnation of the silent warrior, but the blue and grey suits him well.
In order to finance his Iron Grenadiers. Destro forms M.A.R.S. but since Cobra Commander has been late with the bills, Destro becomes a crime boss. I like this Destro better, because of the color scheme. This one is more traditional than the other one. Snake Eyes has always been a commando to me, when he got his looks upgraded, he became a little ninja-esque. This is a return to the classic look.
Better than the Ninja B.A.T. (which I don't have) But not as awesome as the Sky B.A.T.

G.I. Joe Combat Squad Marine: Codename Leatherneck Review
Aten-Hut! This is my favorite figure from the Combat Squad (until I get LT. Torpedo.) Very cool figure lots of accesories.
The Black Ops guy, he is pretty cool.
The least favorite of the bunch (until I get Sgt. Boulder.) The AK-47 throws me off because it doesn't fit with the weapons we have seen befor or after in this 8 inch universe.
I like this figure more for the gun than anything else. The helmet is cool but oversized.
And now I take a look at the booklet that comes with each adventure team memeber. GO TEAM ADVENTURE!
