Speed Racer is an ambitious young car racer who has an equal love for danger and his family and girlfriend Trixie. Speed Racer and his equally rebellious younger brother, Spritle, often find themselves in dangerous situations involving gangs and other delinquents, but their confidence and driving skill always find them a way out of trouble. The American version is dubbed from the original Japanese anime program.
