Here is the batch encoder I use to make the psp files. Its the version for K7 processors if I remember correctly. My processor is an AMD64, for Intel processors go to doom9's forum to find links to the Intel versions of Mencoder and WinMEnc(a search for WinMEnc should find one post for v0.61 that has all the links,;I recommend simply replacing the files you get there over the ones in my folder as all the default settings and tools are set in my zip, except for the winmenc.ini file) Download address: http://files-upload.com/273379/encoding_files_K7version.zip.html
