Get the list of tags of a video, given a video id

HTTP://www.veoh.com/rest/v1/?method=veoh.video.getTags&apiKey=[your api key]

videoId(Required): The Id for the video to retrieve, it has to be valid id existed in the system
verbose(Optional): The verbose level of the response. It has to be 0,1,or 2. Default is 2.
