The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - Episode 9 - Part 1 of 3
*Please read before watching* Suzumiya Haruhi No Yuuutsu was broadcast "out of order". The fifth episode is chronologically episode 3, the thirteenth episode is chronologically episode 5, etc. If you wish to watch the episodes in their chronological order, then please read the following page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_The_Melancholy_of_Haruhi_Suzumiya_episodes The numbering for the episodes that I have uploaded is the original broadcast order, and although the episodes may seem out of sync and confusing, some people may prefer to watch it that way. So decide which way you wish to watch the series before viewing the episodes. Suzumiya Haruhi No Yuuutsu was produced by Kyoto Animation All subtitling credit goes to a.f.k.

PLEASE READ! :3 In July of 2007, I studied abroad in Japan (for a month). Before this, I have cosplayed and danced as Haruhi Suzumiya (at Anizona 2007). Due to my constant worship of Haruhi Suzumiya, I decided to do the dance in various scenaries of Japan that I was visiting. Here's a list of some of these areas: Yoyogi Park Deer Park (Nara) Imperial Palace Akihabara Harajuku Hanayashiki Tokyo Tower Fuji-kyu Tokyo Station Kyoto Imperial Palace Nijo Castle Kinkakuji and MANY more weird/snazzy places! Editing this was a "betch". How I recorded myself was basically slyly pulling out my video camera, handing it to a nearby friend, doing the dance (with no music to follow to) and then escaping. Sadly, due to some areas, I went too fast at times (especially areas where I saw guards). To let you know, I got caught by an officer on Harajuku Bridge (the footage is not there). I almost got caught two other times at Nijo and Tokyo Tower. Throughout the video, you may see my eyes looking in other directions. Other than that, it was fun as hell to make, brought an adrenaline rush each time, and I'm glad I could keep the memories of this study abroad trip in video with the Haruhi dance.
