Rouge, Topaz and the army are trying to find the generator room of Eggman's fortress. Knuckles is trapped in a missile, but thanks to that he arrives at the base. Rouge and Knuckles team up inside Eggman's base to escape, while Sonic confronts Eggman's robot Funfun. Eggman escapes with the Yellow Emerald, and uses it in his new robot Guerra-Hard with the Cyan Emerald. Sonic battles with Guerra-Hard, defeats it, and takes the emeralds. Meanwhile, Decoe and Bocoe trap Knuckles, Rouge, Topaz and the army inside the generator room after they set the timers on the explosives. Knuckles and Rouge try to escape by using their skills, but the time is going to run out. Sonic accidentally frees them and they escape. The base explodes. Sonic returns to the X-Tornado with the Cyan and Yellow Emeralds and the people begin know about Sonic and his friends.

The President declares war on Eggman, launching a full aerial and naval attack on his base. While Knuckles sneaks aboard one of the planes, Rouge and the army infiltrate Eggman's base once more, and Sonic, Tails, Amy, Chris and another Chris' classmate Frances discover another Chaos Emerald. However, they find themselves at the mercy of Eggman's E-35 robot, which has a giant turbine that it uses to fly, and also generate gale-force winds. Tails tries to defeat the robot using the X-Cyclone which is the name given to the X-Tornado when it transforms into a land-based vehicle, but he gets trashed by the wind.

He has a very strong connection with Chea Sim, CPP president and chairman of the national assembly. He is pretty moderate. In the past, he turned down Hun Sens orders to prepare a military action against gen. Nhiek Bun Chhay and the royalists. It is widely believed he does not posses much power. For instance, during the negotiation with the Khmer Rouge, Ke Kim Yan was left out, and also during the coup of July 5-6, 1997, he did not play a major role. Ke Kim Yan is greatly involved in business deals such as logging contract with the Indonesian military general. Lt. Gen. Tea Banh, Co-minister of defence born in Koh Kong province, Tea Banh joined the communist underground as company commander in the so-called militia unit of Koh Kong province. He was stationed in Koh Kong and along the Cambodian-Thai border until sometimes before the Vietnamese invasion in Cambodia in 1979. He was trained in Hanoi, and is very fluent in Vietnamese. He is also fluent in Thai and still maintains a huge house in Bangna, Bangkok. Most of his relatives have their second houses in Thailand and also hold Thai identification cards. He was a strong connection with Say Phou Thang, the most senior and powerful figure within the CPP. Say Phou Thang is widely believed to directly report and receives orders from the Vietnamese communist party. Tea Banh who speaks Khmer very bad, was interviewed with Radio Free Asia early 2002. If some of us-Khmers didnt learn to speak Khmer properly, we would not understand what he was talking about. Its terrible accent he uses on Radio Free Asia. Lt. Gen. Chay Saing Yun, Co-secretary of state widely believed as a Vietnamese national, Chay Saing Yun rarely appears in public meeting, especially with the press. Interview with Jean Boucabeille, the owner and winemaker at Domaine Boucabeille in Roussillon. It is a family property in the Roussillon in the south of France. In this video it is the new generation winemaker in the family who talks. The vineyard comprises some 20 hectares and makes primarily red wine of the appellation Cotes du Roussillon Villages and some sweet Rivesaltes. The winery and vineyard was created from scratch on barren land in the 70s on old fashioned terraces. By the time he formed his first band, the Dixie Cats, in 1956, he was emulating the sounds of Fats Domino, Little Richard and Elvis Presley, and his other influences included Johnny Ace. His rivals in those days included a young John Fred, more than a decade away from his chart-topping "Judy in Disguise (With Glasses)" and Johnny Ramistella, later known as Johnny Rivers and still eight years from his big break. The Louisiana Governor gives the GOP response to the Prez's Address to Congress. Republicans responded to President Obama's first address to Congress on Tuesday by vowing to work with the White House while also holding fast to principles of limited government and fiscal discipline. Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal, who delivered the Republican response to Obama's speech from the governor's mansion in Baton Rouge, called on his party to return to core values and object to massive government spending intended to boost the economy. "Democratic leaders say their legislation will grow the economy. What it will do is grow the government, increase our taxes down the line and saddle future generations with debt," Jindal said, according to excerpts released by his office before the speech. "It's irresponsible." Jindal, 37, was elected in 2007 and is one of a crop of Republicans whose star power has risen since the 2008 election. He recently gained attention for refusing millions of dollars in unemployment assistance bound for his state in Obama's $787 billion stimulus plan. Obama enjoys a 59% job approval rating according to a Gallup Poll released Tuesday. But many Republicans criticized the recovery plan as bloated and say billions more being spent to prop up financial markets will have devastating long-term effects. "He's likable. We all like him," said Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. "We're not here to attack the president. We're here to talk about spending. And we think we're off on the wrong foot with the rate of spending that we're engaged in." Congressional Republicans, including McConnell, have said steeper tax cuts are needed to revive the economy. He threatened to fight future legislation that adds to what he called a "spending spree of gargantuan proportions."
