Bohemian Girl Becomes Pin Up Calendar Girl in Vintage Movie
The plot of this musical is pretty standard, a love triangle between a beautiful girl and the two men she lives next door to, an aspiring songwriter and an artist. Despite the angry father of the girl, both men pursue their neighbor through songs such as “Have I Told You Lately?” and “A Bluebird is Singing to Me.” Soon, the girl consents to become the model for the artist and the songwriter must find a way to keep his lady’s heart.

*Nicks P.O.V* I don't know what came over me. I mean, I had always wanted to kiss Ashley but this was just entering dangerous territory. But right now, this moment seemed like the perfect time to give it a chance. I mean, what did I have to lose? I started leaning in closer, so happy that she wasnt pulling away. My lips were centimeters from hers, when the door flew open. I pulled away from her and removed my arms from around her. Joe and Kevin looked at me with a suspicious look, but Kalene wasn't fazed by it. "So now you play Ash?" Kalene said sitting on the couch. "Um... yeah I guess so," Ashley answered. By the way she answered, I could tell that she felt uneasy. Crap. "Well I think we should watch a movie now," Joe said sitting next to Kalene. "Good idea. Come on Ash, lets go pick out a movie," Kalene said getting up and grabbing Ashley's hand. I watched them walk out of the room. I really hope Ashley doesnt talk to Kalene about what just happened... "Buddy, what was THAT all about?" Kevin asked me after they left. I turned towards him. "Nothing..." I said. I didn't want my brothers involved in my love life. Before they could answer me, the girls came back into the room. "That was fast," Joe said sitting up. "Yeah, I know. But we got the movie, so come on," Kalene answered. We all stood up and walked downstairs. Ashley was sitting on the couch so I walked up to her. "Can I sit here?" I said pointing to the spot next to her. "Yeah, sure," she said scooting over. I sat down and looked over and Kalene. "What movie are we watching?" "I am Legend," she answered, putting in the DVD then coming back and sitting between me and Joe. I looked over at Joe who was smiling from ear to ear, just cause she sat next to him. He's totally head over heels. The movie started and I leaned over to ask Ashley something. "Have you seen this before?" "Nope," she answered. I did a fist pump in my head and causally turned back towards the T.V. I knew Ashley got scared during movies like this. If only the people around us would give it to us straight, and just say, 'Hes just not that into you.' As hard as it is to swallow, it would make things clearer, and at the very least, put an end to the why question. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately), very few around us will have the heart to tell us the cold hard truth.
