Fran feels insecure about her intelligent. CC always bully her for it, and when her brother comes CC uses the chance to make joke about her by asking her brother to put her on TV show "The Jeopardy". Finally, Fran gets on Jeopardy TV show. Meanwhile, Maxwell starts to feel lonely when Fran is not around.

You have to watch the scene from Family Guy 1st to understand this clip. But in the cartoon Mayor Adam West puts down "Kebert Xela" for an answer ( Alex Trebek" spelled backwards) to send Alex Trebek back to his own dimension. The skit itself was based on a villian of Superman's named Mr. Mxyzptlk.
