Legion Season 2.01 The Man From the Edge of Tomorrow - Part 1
Brainiac 5 and Superman are fighting an attacking wave of Dominators, eventually resulting in Brainy's apparent death in Superman's arms and some of the cheesiest lines of dialogue you will ever hear. But that's forgivable as it's just a simulation Brainy cooked up to "consider all possible variables" in dealing with the Dominator threat, including Superman's return. Lighting Lad tells him Superman isn't coming back, and on cue a portal opens up and out steps Superman... a very different Superman. He says 44 trillion lives hang in the balance, and takes the Legion (Brainy, Triplicate Girl, new addition Chameleon, Timberwolf and Lightning Lad) to the 41st century, despite Brainy's protests and a barb from Superman X about a Brainiac not being trustworthy.

Final Approach - Ep 01 - Panic Visit!! Pretty Girl of Love and Destiny!
Episode 1 of 13. Plot Summary: Ever since their parents died a few years ago, Ryo and his sister Akane have been living alone together. Despite their difficult situation, they are still living reasonably happy and normal lives. However, everything is about to be flipped upside-down due to a secret government project. Due to increasingly low birth rates in Japan, the Japanese government is testing a program in which two young people are forced to marry. Ryo wants no part of it, but he is given little choice in the matter; his new fiancée, Shizuka, comes to his home late one night with several dozen government issued bodyguards, who are there to ensure the success of the new couple. Unlike Ryo, Shizuka couldn't be more willing to go along with this new program, and eagerly goes about her wifely duties, despite his objections. With meddling friends, pushy bodyguards, and an overenthusiastic new fiancée, Ryo's life has taken a turn in a direction the young man certainly didn't expect.
It was Meiji 38 (1905), the Russo-Japanese War that had begun since the previous year was getting hard. In this severe circumstance, they reorganized the Raimu Squad. The members of the Raimu Squad were the girls. They were just like other ordinary girls who went to schools and yearned for love, except that they had "Raimu". Inukai Tsuyoshiro was a young man who was newly chosen to be the leader of the squad. He was ambitious to fight for Japan. When the young man met the five girls, the new chapter of "Raimu" began.
Episode 11 of 13. Futami Nozomi is a 3rd-year middle-school student. After his mother passes away and his father is transferred abroad, he moves back to the town in which he was born, and begins to live in Sorinji Temple with relatives. One of the factors motivating his return is the desire to renew his childhood friendship with twin Ichijou girls Sumireko and Kaoruko, who had both made a childish promise to marry him when they grew up. Now, this particular town was home to a rather interesting legend. A sad tale about twin sisters who loved the same man. Although the man understood and shared their feelings, he was unable to choose between the two, and so ended up not making any choice at all. This legend is attributed to be the cause of the high occurrence of twins being born in the area. So it is that Futami's life crosses paths with a total of 6 pairs of twins, all of whom develope a certain amount of affection for him.

The raucous festival dates back to 767 when the local governor of Owari (present-day Aichi Prefecture) instigated the festival in an attempt to ward off a plague epidemic sweeping the country. The festival has a number of stages. On the second day of the lunar new year a post marked with the words "naoi shinji" is set up outside Konomiya Shrine. An hour later at 10am a group of applicants arrive in the hope of being chosen as that year's shin-otoko or ("god-man"). To be selected as shin-otoko is considered a great honor, though a dubious one in most people's eyes in view of what is to follow. A huge 4-ton rice-cake (mochi) is prepared and is presented to the shin-otoko on the eve of the main festival. For three days prior to the start of the matsuri the shin-otoko is kept alone, enclosed in a small hall in Konomiya Shrine. He is fed only rice-gruel and water and has all his body hair shaved off as part of the purification rite. The festival begins in mid-afternoon on the 13th day of the lunar new year when thousands of men dressed only in loincloths carry a bamboo
