Getting your stuff stolen in Taipei is a fact of life. Every one of my relatives has been a victim of theft at one time or another. That's why the scooter I'm riding sucks. So I'm gonna have to ride a beefier bike on these glorious roads one of these days. That would be fun.

So my buddy just took the MSF class, and is shopping around for a bike. I help him look at bikes. I've advised him that a Ninja 250 would be the perfect lightweight learner bike. This is the second bike we've seen, but it's the most interesting *cough* one so far. *cough*
It's the first time riding in Taiwan since I got here. Victor goes through a lot of trouble to take me to a group ride.
It's been a few days since my suspension, and some of the feelings are sinking in. So who wants to come to Maui?

It's great to be on the road again. I follow my cousin as he runs his errands in Taipei.
I picked up an old Toyota Corolla SR5 for my favorite complainer. Turns out she complained about the car not having power windows. *yawn*

Now I'm heading up to the upper north region of Maui. I contemplate my fatigue and mental burn-out, vacationing, and a little on real estate.
I've been wanting a second shot at Waimea Canyon Road from the other direction. This was my last day here, and I had only a few hours left, so I set out to find the road. My effort was rewarded.
I wasn't paying attention to the incline on the road. I was caught off guard, and my legs were way too short. I went past the point of no return.
