Skipping forward from the events that previously occurred, Ruby wakes up in a tent surrounded by Tsukune and the girls. The question on their mind is why Ruby would go so far to attack them? After answering them, Ruby manages to sneak out and returns to her master, just to end up forced to take action. Tsukune and the girls had out in search for Ruby when all of a sudden they are attacked by Ruby again and a huge battle begins.
Summer vacation has arrived, and Yuujiro and Tooru stay behind in the dorms to talk about their pasts as Mikoto leaves to spend time with his girlfriend, Megumi.
Miina and Maiku are tricked into going to the train station, and work past their difference now that the truth has been revealed that Karen is the actual twin.
Maiku is an average young man that is about to have his life turned upside down. After spotting a house on television that appears in a photo that was left to him by his parents, he decides to go live their. Its not too long before two girls, Miina Miyafuji and Karen Onodera, show up on his door step claiming to possible be his twins, as well as wanting to stay at the house with him.
Kei and Mizuho get an unexpected visit from Mizuho's mother and sister. With troublesome results.
With Kei still in his "standstill", his friends become worried, and Ms. Kazami tries to help Kei remember all the memories. But she goes too far, and Kei loses all of his memories. Including his relationship with his teacher..
With the exams over, Summer Vacation begins and the newspaper club will be having a summer retreat in the human world. Tsukune feels ecstatic not only because he'll get to spend time with Moka but he will finally be able spend time out of the school and with normal humans. However problems arise when the group decide to check out field of sunflowers (Witch's Hill) and a suspicious girl named Ruby spots Yukari using magic.
Mikoto's girlfriend, Megumi, and his sister, Makoto, come to visit him at school during the cultural festival, and things do not go exactly as planned.
Tooru accepts his role as a Princess, and Yuujiro gives him and Mikoto some Princess advice.
The school's cultural festival has finally started and the Princesses are hard at work once again. During the festival, Yuujiro's family comes to visit.
Miina and Karen discuss what they will do after Maiku's real sister is revealed.
One night while Kei Kusanagi is resting by a lake he sees a UFO crash into it. He jumps to his feet and suddenly sees a glowing woman appear on the lake. He runs away screaming but his world abruptly goes blank and he enters a “standstill”. The next day at school, the class has a new teacher named Mizuho Kazami who turns out to be the strange woman from the previous night! Was it all a dream? And what will happen when Mizuho is Kei’s new neighbor?
Maiku and Karen continue to work on their relationship as siblings, while Maiku and Miina grow more intimate.
Kei starts to fall in love with Mizuho!
Ichigo finds out that Kei rejected Koishi's feelings so Ichigo tries to confront Kei but ends up in a standstill revealing her secret to Kei who leaves Mizuho to date Koishi so Ichigo doesn't end up in a standstill.
Having the same blue eyes, Maiku Kamishiro might be related to one of the girls that has just entered his life. Having faced with this dilemma, they gather around a table, each with their own photograph of this house which might contain their past. The photograph is of a little boy and little girl with a hat.
Miina and Karen think that Maiku might not like girls. After all, he has two pretty ones living with him, yet he shows no interest in them. So, the two test him (without his knowledge) to see if he likes girls or not.
Both Karen and Mina reflect over the fact that they both kissed Maiku. They know that they can’t fall in love with him, yet they also feel that they can’t help it. So, they create a Love Alliance, a pact between the two. But, can they hold the pact?
Kei and Mizuho go on their summer honeymoon from the help of Minoru. They had a fun time till they met with Koishi and the gang along with Mr Yamada. They hanged out in Koishi's room that night while playing card games. After that, they accidentally took wrong room keys and ended up in different rooms. Kei and Mizuho spent the night at the beach, talking. They were rudely interrupted and there were endless questionings by Mizuho
A year has passed since Mizuho left Earth. Everything changed and people have fogotten about her. But thanks to her mother and her sister's help, she returns to Earth and this time, she's staying at Earth for good. As she becomes a teacher once more, she introduce herself which is similiar to Episode 1. She moves in at the same neighbourhood with Kei and even helps her carry the stuffs. But the differenece is that they switch sides and Mizuho tripped and fell onto Kei. She cried while not facing him and intend to tell him everything but to her surprised, she was shocked that he ask whether she's doing another planetary research. When he manages to answer her first date (in episode 5), he manage to answer it. He tells him that he's been holding her Pochy box even since she left and after seeing her, he remebers it. She cried while Kei intend to be with her forever. The finale ends by each others kiss while her sister and her mom were happy to see it. Now they are together once more.
