Freddy is trying to direct a new film edition to the Stinkweed series, though while at the mall, he and the rest of the gang stumble across the actor who plays Stinkweed, in which he claims he’s being framed for some strange incidents. However, it doesn’t take the gang long to discover what he’s talking about, as it appears Stinkweed has actually came to life and is trying to prevent movies from being made about him, though will the gang be able to figure out who is truly responsible for these events?

When the rest of the members of the Scooby-Doo Detective Agency are too busy to play with him, Scooby decides that he’s had enough and he decides to run away. However, when the gang finishes up their work, they discover Scooby’s absence so they decide to try to track him down in hopes of apologizing, though they soon discover a monster is terrorizing a part of the town in the process.
The doctor tells everybody to just play along with Shaggy's amnesia. So now Shaggy thinks he's Commander Cool. When he finally gets his memory back he doesn't remember what just happened.
The gang goes along with Scooby to his parents' house(Knittingham Puppy Farm). Scooby's parents give him their heirloom, a special collar. Everything seems okay until the ghost of a long dead dogcatcher who was arrested when he tried to steal that collar off of a young Scooby comes to continue what he started years ago.
Daphne has always enjoyed the finer luxuries in life, though when her parents decide that she needs to start learning how to do her own work, they get her a job at the Coolsville Mall, as a manager for a video arcade. However, when a strange hair monster starts to terrorize the mall, it interferes with Daphne’s job, so she gets the Scooby-Doo Detective Agency to investigate the issue right away.
The gang is visiting Freddie's uncle, Eddie, owner of the Exxagerator Newspaper, hires the gang to find out why the monster Chickenstein is trying to scare everyone off, ruining his newspaper.
When Shaggy and Scooby get into an argument, they decide to ignore one another completely. However, when the gang gets an assignment to investigate a creature that appears to be a giant hamburger, the rest of the gang begins to wonder if Shaggy and Scooby’s reluctant to communicate will cause them problems, though will they be able to convince the two former friends that they shouldn’t ruin their friendship over trivial matters?
The Gang goes to the Coolsville amusement park Shaggy and Scooby are excited because they will be the first ones to ride Monster Mountain a giant roller coaster for earing the most ralfal tickets but the fun park is turning into a nightmare park because of a terrifying ghost but not just any ghost a clown ghost.
Daphne has been looking forward to attending a concert for weeks now, though when she finally manages to go to Buddy’s concert at the Coolsville Amphitheater, she discovers that the ghost of a long dead rock singer has come back to life and has kidnapped Buddy. Daphne convinces the Scooby-Doo Detective Agency to investigate the mystery, though will they be able to discover what exactly is the reason for such strange occurrences?
Scooby decides to go visit his family, though he soon discovers that they are all concerned with a curse that was supposedly placed on their family. The Scooby-Doo Detective Agency decides to investigate the curse in order to prove to the family that they have nothing to be concerned with, though they soon discover that there actually does seem to be a beast in their midst.
