During the recent Search Engine Strategies (SES) conference in San Jose, California, WebmasterWorld chief executive Brett Tabke interviewed Eric Enge, longtime search engine optimization veteran and president at Stone Temple Consulting. Enge and Tabke discussed the effects of the recent Google caffeine engine release, which Enge said has resulted in at least one significant change, faster search results. Enge also commented on the recent Microsoft-Yahoo deal, which he said has positioned Microsoft as a more powerful underdog in its push to become a stronger player in the search space.
