Barbeque and Hot Springs for Dinner at Burning Man 2007
Here is my friend Nina - in a very intensive dust storm that lasted all day we met, we went around places (including trying to get to PlayaQ's infamous BBQ), and we were planning to go to the hot springs that night - but we missed each other because of the storm, this is the way BM goes!
I love when birds start their dance at dusk, it always hypnotize me... this time i decided to film it and, to give it more grace, I added an electric minimal tango as a music background - I love it!

Welcome to the Quixote Cabaret and the Green Man Pub at Burning Man 2007. This is the true house of the Euroburner in Black Rock City, in fact you can find at the Quixote the European weirdos that set up also Nowhere, the European Burn with no burn.
This shooting is from Campo de' Fiori, the very popular (even too much) square in the center of Rome, Italy. Campo de' Fiori is always very busy - 7 days and nights a week. It all starts at around 5am with the food market taking over the entire square, and getting busier and busier like food markets do, until 2pm circa. Street cleaning comes in and cleans the square, so that the square (and the entire area) gets now packed with shopping crowds until 8pm (shopping takes place in the morning, too). Starting from 6pm circa, is "aperitivo" time. All the bars get crowded, as well as the restaurants, that generally stay open serving food until around midnight / 1am (some even later). Bars keep serving booze until 2am, while some clubs keep kicking until 4am or so. 3am is also the time when the second round of street cleaning arrives to clean up all the mess you see in this video, so that the market guys come in everything is nice and clean. Isn't Rome the true city that never sleeps?
This is the morning immediately after the Man's burn - I mean the illegal one, the one on Monday that shocked the playa this year. That morning everything looked kinda strange - was it the Missing Man or the lunar eclipse of the night before?
How cool is this Japanese video I found over the Internet? It seems like it is associated to some movie to be released soon. Manga? Space psychedelic trip?
Cool private show for the NY-based band performing in Florence, Italy, after the Adam Kimmel event at the Pitti 2008 fashion show. With a sound between Sonic Youth and My Bloody Valentine, Gang Gang got the fashionistas on fire with a very noisy but groovey act.

I should take more of these air shots, I really like them, even if it is forbidden to use electronic devices during take off and landing - maybe this is the reason why I like filming this much during these moments.
This is a classic view fro the top of my RV at sunset, when the crossroad at Desert at 7:30 was always pretty busy - enjoy a few minutes of playa people-watching, art cars passing, and including the lamplighters coming in. I love Black Rock City!

ULTIMO video di Jamie al suo ragazzo Teddy con indizi sul film CLOVERFIELD, prodotto da JJ Abrams di Lost e Alias. Credevo i video fossero solo 10, invece il 18 Gennaio e' venuto fuori questo, che pero credo sia l'ultimo. Infatti qui Jamie scarica definitivamente Teddy, ed e' molto eccitata all'idea di andare... alla festa di Rob!!! Ecco la traduzione del messaggio di Jamie in Italiano - VIDEO 11 - ULTIMO Jamie e' eccitatissima, e comunica a Teddy che finalmente si e' liberata mentalmente di lui, che si sente una donna nuova, e sente che questa sara' la prima notte del resto della sua vita. Jamie comunica che la sua amica Lily sta organizzndo una festa e lei ci andra' - non sa perche' ma si sente felice piu' che mai in vita sua. Dice di avere "MASSIVE amounts of energy" e che fara' "MASSIVE amounts of sex" con Schneider e sara' bellissimo. Chiude dicendo a Teddy che dovra' salutare per sempre i suoi seni (se li bacia), perche' e' l'ultima volta che li vedra' in vita sua - lo stesso per il suo ...
