A musical troupe from the provincial arts council came to one of my schools this afternoon (thus cancelling two of my classes). My co-teachers thought I'd take advantage of the schedule change and go home, but I explained that I love traditional music -- and one of my favorite instruments, the gayageum, was among those being played. I might break this into segments later, but for now: 45 minutes of folk funk.
Twenty minutes of tell-a-vision from Korea
Another stroll along the dial (well, TVs don't have dials anymore, now do they?)
Another voyage into the "babo box" with the remote in hand.
