We were supposed to ride the tour bus, but the bus was late so AMD called taxies for everyone for the 30 plus mile ride to the Salt Lick, Texas best bbq spot. Robert Scoble treated a bunch of SXSW folks, including ijustine, Tim Ferris, Irina Slutsky, the folks that produce the Tiki Bar podcast, and others. The food was the best bbq in Texas, the atmosphere was authentic Texas down home country dining hall with all you can eat platters piled high. Scoble showed off his Nokia N95 with qik. AMD sponsored the dinner.
