Shot on location in Puget Sound, Washington, EBE4 is an experimental film inspired by Native American dance and the U.S. government’s treatment of extraterrestrial visitors. EBE4 was made in 2005 by Dayna Hanson and Linas Phillips, creators of the feature-length experimental documentary Walking to Werner.
