PLEASE read to understand why I made this video: Mamoru/Darien is really underplayed as a character in Sailor Moon. Sure, he saves the senshi, but he never gets the credit he truly deserves. He has all of these dreams that cause him to harm the one he loves, and yet somehow survives these trials along with his past life and the death of his parents in his rebirth. Except this story tells of the aftermath of the Sailor StarS finale. Everything seems to be back to normal except Mamoru and Usagi's relationship. They've been fighting over everything and are almost ready to call it quits. However, as Mamoru sings this song to Usagi, she realizes maybe they should just start over and be the happy couple they once were. She has two guys, Mamoru and Seiya, interested in her who are everything she ever dreamed for...but who is everything she wants? If you know me you know how this vid will end, but I think you'll like it no matter if you're a Seiya/Usagi or Mamoru/Usagi supporter. The colors signify who is singing the lyrics. Here's my Halloween vid, dedicated to various villains of Sailor Moon. It seems as if the villains always want to get Sailor Moon, to find her and possibly kill her. Mamoru is singing the song, and he's telling the story of his and Usagi's relationship - how it has had it's good moments and how it's struggled from the very first meeting involving the 30% paper thrown at his poor head. Sailor Moon is often treated different from the other senshi, but why? She seems to go through so much pain and suffering yet somehow she pulls through everything, because she's not like the other girls.. I love The Rasmus, they're an amazing band and you really should check out their other songs...you'll love them!

But what happens when Usagi sees all of her friends, her daughter, and her beloved Mamo-chan die (sometimes multiple times) before her very eyes? Will life even be worth living anymore? In the end, Usagi feels that their deaths are her fault, and by her surrendering to death it is the only way to keep the adventure going...and the only way to still be with the ones Usagi loves the most. I chose to do the entire AMV in black and white because it fits the mood of the song...there's no very happy or bright meaning so the visual image is dark and gloomy. I fell in love with this song thanks to the movie Shrek, and even though a lot of people have made an AMV to this song, I hope my version sticks out and is remembered by all of you.
