The third and final video for the Lacrosse Airshow. Some great flying stunts by a Bi-plane, and a well choreographed performance by the world's only jet engine powered glider...cool stuff!
A short (about 3 1/2 minutes) summation of the days events and Cory graduating. Congrats Cory, we are all very proud of you!
A view of our room and outside the window on the 26th floor of the Sahara Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. This video was taken in April 2006 with a Sony Mavica MVC-CD500 and converted to AVI format using ConvertMovie 4.3.
Ok, Ok, So I added a couple of dramatic soundtracks and put some goofy subtitling in, but it was all for fun, and fun is what Dee and I had when we went to visit Shelly & Steve in Ontario Wisconsin at the Brush Creek cabin. This is set right in the heart of Amish country and the rolling hills and trees make for a breath-taking view. Sadly the video does not do justice to the splendor of it all. Enjoy!
The scenic trip there and some good static display aircraft.
A short clip of some of the fireworks we shot off on the 4th. The entire show lasted about 1 hour and a couple of accidents did happen, but no one was injured. Unfortunately the video camera had a recording limit of 20 minutes so the grand finally and a lot of the fireworks we shot off are not in this display. We shot off the lame stuff first, but worked our way up to the big shells (morters) later in the show.
Layla makes some silly faces while Daddy holds on.
16+ Inches of snow fall over a two day period in west central Wisconsin.
This short video represents less than half the actual show. Unfortunately as the evening wore on, it became increasingly difficult to keep the camera in focus, so I gave up on it, and joined the guys launching. We had one accident. One of the Excalibur fireworks exploded on the ground. Thank fully it was surround by a concrete block because as you'll see in this video, it was a pretty large explosion...powerful enough to blow the concrete block into two pieces! Nobody was hurt though!
This is part one of a three part series of video's I took during our visit to Omaha in May of 2007. Omaha's Henry Doorly Zoo is a fantastic place to visit. This is a class act Zoo! The video's include almost all major areas of the Zoo, including the Desert Dome, Leids Jungle, Gorillas, Giraffe's, Rhino's, elephants, Bears, and thelist goes on!
I shot this video of a guy playing guitar and singing at the Old Market Place in Omaha back in May of 2007. This is an excerpt from a larger more complete video of the Old Market Place that has already been posted on VEOH (slvrbllt44). While he may not be the next American Idol, he is quite good and worth a listen!
Dee (aka "Scarrie Nite") plays drums while I (aka "Silver Bullet") play guitar to the tune of "Hungry Like A Wolf" on the Xbox 360 (Rockband II). We look like a couple of dorks, but we had fun and that's what it's all about ;-)
We payed a visit to our home away from home (Omaha) in May of 2007. One of our favorite places visit while in Omaha is the Old Market Place. This video also has a unknown person sitting on the corner playing a tune on his guitar. He was pretty darn good!
KC (as she likes to be called...actually Cassandra) lets her big sister Andrea do her make-up for the Prom. What a goofy twosome, but Andy does a nice job!
Video clips of Rhonda and Ken at Mom & Ken's mobile home in Janesville in 1990. Lots of video here showing all the kids (That were around in 1990...Dee was pregnant w/Cassandra at the time). This video also has a dance performance by Alicia and Stephanie to the tune of "Girls Just Want to Have Fun". This video was taken in May or June shortly after I returned from Japan.
A tad bit nervous on camera, Rachel sings a Christmas song we all know and love.
This short video is only of the girls 4x400 (800 meter) relay and the 4x100 (400 meter) relay. This video clearly shows Cuba City's bad hand off in the 4x400 which disqualified them from the race in which they had taken 1st place.
Carol, Jake, and Jake's girlfriend pay a visit before Jake leaves for Iraq.
Although the video turned out pretty good of my Nephew's band playing at SPASH (Stevens Point Area Senior High), the audio kind of sucks because of our close proximity to the stage. Listening to the band through a pair of headsets or over a computer that has a good sound system can greatly improve the quality of the audio.
Our artificial "Charlie Brown" office Christmas Tree served us well for many years, but the time had come to send it to artificial christmas tree heaven...So long little tree! NOTE: this tree was burned during our break time (HA!).
