  • On one of the nicest (and longest in terms of daylight) days of 2007, I walked about 13 miles ove a period of about 5 hours from my home in Clifton Park to the vicinity of where my daughter lives in Troy, near the RPI campus. Part 3 shows the heart of the Village of Green Island, which reminded me of the quiet neighborhoods of Queens, in New York City.

Naturally, I brought my camera. Part 2 moves from the hisoric industrial area of Cohoes to the equally historic downtown area of this small city. I was pleased to see signs of renewal, but I had the sidewalks pretty much to myself.
