A clip from Episode 0508 (Operation Double 007"). Torgo remembered to bring back the drinks!
Taken from episode 18. Contains spoilers. Mitsuki's wandering around the city by herself, when suddenly she feels faint and collapses in the middle of a busy intersection. Who's going to rescue her, and how? Note: I don't see anything here I'd consider a kiss! Life-saving maneuver, yes.
A clip from episode 25. Ahiru and Fakir are both drowning, and succumbing to Drosselmeyer's terrible fate. As they descend, they realize their goals are identical, and their roles are two parts of a whole. And so they dance (of course) and ascend...
Taken from episode 42. Huge spoilers. Mitsuki finally meets Eichi in this episode! It's not quite the reunion she imagined before coming to the states. My favorite use of "Eternal Snow" in the series.
Taken from episode 50. Spoilers. Will Takuto finally confess to Mitsuki?
This is a clip from episode 11. We have, firstly, our cute little duo of Princess Tutu and Mytho. Bonus points for the duck umbrella. The party starts to get a little crowded when Rue and Fakir pop in to say hello.
Stitched together intro and outro sequences for the first episode of Ayakashi. This series is really a set of three stories, containing supernatural activities, as well as other fun human qualities such as betrayal and murder. None of that in this video. Pretty colors...
Taken from episode 37. No spoilers. Madoka's version of eternal snow. It's got more of a dance beat to it that the original.
Taken from episode 41. Spoilers. Takuto's fallen into the canyon whilst trying to retrieve Mitsuki's (well, Eichi's) pendant. But shinigami don't die mortal deaths, so you know he won't bite it. Mitsuki is upset that he seemingly risked his life, a minor tiff ensues, that turns into... what, a minor confession?
From episode #1. A clip containing an introduction to most of the primary players in this anime. We've got Ahiru, our lovable duck-chan, the ethereal Mytho (Mute), the foul-tempered Fakia (Fakir), dirty ol' Neko-Sensei, beautiful yet cold Rue (forgot), and my favorites, the clinically insane Lilie (Ririe) and Pike (also forgot).
Taken from episode 7. Features the song "Myself." Full Moon sings "Myself" to an amazed audience. Like in her audition, Takuto is captivated, and adds his own angel-motif touch to Full Moon during the song.
Taken from episode 31. Contains minor spoilers. Full Moon, Takuto, and Meroko are at a festival/fair. They run into, um, some rather extreme Full Moon fans (though for some reason I love these guys). Takuto reveals he can switch into a "true" human form and assumes the role of bodyguard against these guys. Then they go on a ... date!?
This is a clip from episode 16. Lilie and Pike talk with Ahiru about Fakir, and suggest that Ahiru is interested in Fakir, too... hence the "three way" interest in them that Pike mentions. Why, what were you thinking about? ;) Meanwhile Neko-Sensei is still having a problem attracting the ladies. Poor guy.
This is the lead-in to the fun in Princess Princess (the intro song has been trimmed out). Kuono has transferred to an all-boy's high school, when suddenly he sees a "princess" appear out of the air when he arrives. Strange. What's even stranger is his teacher is assured of his popularity, and the boys in class all look at him kind of funny. What's going on here?
A clip from episode 23. Another one of my favorite scenes. Tutu has gone into the crazy world of Drosselmeyer to stop him from perverting the fairy tale further. She must escape from this mad realm, and leaps into the light, into... In this scene, if classical music were not the theme of the series, I can easily imagine hearing the refrain from Erasure's "In My Arms" playing as Princess Tutu leaps through the gate of light.
Myco, Eternal Snow
Taken from episode 52. Spoilers. Full Moon's final concert, to "Love Chronicle." Izumi chimes in at the end with the angel motif (I prefer it over the original one Takuto did in during "Myself.")
A clip from episode #4. Mytho's missing, and Rue and Ahiru are looking for him. Though we can't really call them buddies, Ahiru's silly personality does win Rue over a bit. See 1:43 when Ahiru is unintentionally mimicking Rue's out-of-breath speech :)
A clip from episode 7. Princess Tutu and Mytho together, alone, for an evening confession? Well, it kinda looks that way until Princess Claire decides to stop in to say hello.
A clip from episode 24. We're approaching critical mass in this clip. I'm reminded of Yeats' "The Second Coming:" things fall apart, the center cannot hold; mere anarchy is loosened on the world. What we've got here is Mytho in raven form, the pieces of him begging Princess Tutu not to do what she intends, Princess Claire (or "Kraehe") finding out her true parental origins, and a huge monster raven looming over the horizon. Oh boy.
