VICCB representing Malaysia in the inaugural Kuala Lumpur World Marching Band Competition on 15 Dec 2007. Won Gold medal with 89.08 points and 4th placing. Show themed "War and Peace". Penghormatan kepada perwira yang mengorbankan jiwa mereka bagi menjaga keamanan negara Malaysia. Among the tunes played: 1.In Caelum Fero, 2.Si Baju Hijau, 3.Amazing Grace, 4.Inilah Barisan Kita. First competition using front ensemble (pit percussion). Colour guards also play the bagpipes.
