After unsuccessfully stealing a watermelon, the Stooges get jobs as salesmen for the Canvas Back Duck Club and end up selling phony memberships to the Mayor and the entire Police Department. When they discover that there are no ducks at the Duck Club, Curly steals a flock of domesticated ducks and the laughs really start. 1939

The Stooges are carpet layers working in the home of a scientist, Professor Sneed, who has invented a super rocket fuel. Because of his curly hair, Larry is mistaken for the professor, and the Stooges are kidnapped in his place, and taken to the State of Anemia. They're ordered to produce the new rocket fuel or face the firing squad. The Stooges stall for time and start mixing anything they can find in an attempt to make a phoney rocket fuel, but their ruse is revealed when the real professor and his daughter are captured and brought to Anemia. The Stooges' formula comes to their rescue, though, when they use it to burn a hole in the floor and escape! 1949
At Los Arms Hospital, three brainless interns - Doctors Howard, Fine and Howard - promise Dr. Graves, the hospital superintendent, that they will devote the rest of their lives to "duty and humanity!" They are instructed to rush to any room whenever "Dr. Howard, Dr. Fine, Dr. Howard" is heard over the loudspeaker. They use a variety of vehicles and animals to rush up and down the corridors. They end up shooting the loudspeaker that dies with a "Ohhh ... they got me!" Of course they run amok throughout the hospital, and finally operate on Dr. Graves himself to retrieve a safe combination that he accidentally swallowed during the excitement. 1934

The boys get thrown into prison, in the hopes of finding convict # 41144, whom they believe to be "an honest man." Upon finding their man, they attempt to break out of prison by painting the prison uniforms to look like guard uniforms, expect they FORGET to paint the BACKS of the prison uniforms. Alas, their escape attempt is foiled, and the short ends w/the boys hard at work on the rock pile, breaking rocks over Curly's head, no less !! 1941
Millionaire Rumsford has about had it with his wife Sheri's eccentric behavior. He calls the office of psychiatrists Ziller, Zeller and Zoller to help. The call is taken by the Stooges, who are actually phone repairmen. They assume the doctors' identities and try to cure Sheri at her society birthday party, while inciting a cream puff fight. During the cream puff fight, Lorna Gray, who played Sheri Rumsford, had a cream puff accidentally lodged into her throat. Curly mentioned his wife, 'Gertie,' which was actually Shemp's wife's name.
Curly, Moe, and Larry, NYC garbage barge sailors, wash ashore on an island stuck in the 17th century, and ruled by a tyrranical Governor. With the help of the lovely Rita Yolanda, and using the ruse of a nearsighted Maharajah and his entourage, they go in search of a pirate named Black Louie who will ferry them to the mainland. Unfortunately, the Governor and Louie are well-acquainted, and the pirate forces the Stooges to engage in a deadly knife-throwing contest to purchase their freedom from the island.
The Stooges are owners of the Cut Throat Drug Store, but their crabby old landlord, Amos Flint, wants them out after 10 years because he made a better deal with the Pinch Penny Market. Flint's wife shows up while he's telling the Stooges, and he dumps her because she's gotten old. The boys take her in, and Shemp gets the brilliant idea to invent a Fountain of Youth to make old people young again. And, beyond all expectation, they actually succeed, making Mrs. Flint back into a gorgeous young woman again! 1947 Remade as BUBBLE TROUBLE (1953), with stock footage.
The Stooges are lazy good-for-nothings whose wives threaten to kick them out if they don't find work. They land a job as salesmen selling a snake oil called "Brighto". After harassing the citizens and even ruining a man's auto paint job, they make their way into the Los Arms Hospital and try their hand at selling Brighto to the patients. They then enter the Superintendant's office to try and make a sale, but the Super is the same man whose car's paint job was ruined, and the boys must beat a hasty retreat back home. 1937
The Stooges are bellhops at the Hotel Snazzy Plaza, where a vaudeville couple, Mr. and Mrs. Leander, are staying. They bring with them a carnival attraction called Lupe the Wolf Man. The beast is tame, unless it hears music, which makes him go berserk. The Stooges don't know this, until Curly plays the trombone and the Wolf Man chases the boys. They soon jump into an elevator which is occupied by (who else?) Lupe the Wolf Man, who blows the elevator into the sky. 1944
Elite Cafe owners Moe, Larry & Shemp are caught in the middle of an armored car robbery. Shortly after, one of the crooks turns up as a diner customer, and the Stooges give chase with friend Gladys and her car. Trailing the crook to an old mansion, Gladys and the Stooges find themselves on the run from the thieves, and their knife-wielding henchman Angel. 1955
The Stooges go west on vacation for Shemp's health, who has a swollen vein in his leg. At a saloon the boys become acquainted with bar singer Nell, and Shemp begins to tell her about his vein. Doc Barker overhears and thinks Shemp is talking about a hidden vein of gold. The boys learn that Doc Barker stole the Red Dog Saloon from Nell's father, and is holding her two sisters hostage until she agrees to marry him. The Stooges disguise themselves as three southern gentlemen, effect a jailbreak for the girls, and a wild chase with the bad guys is on. 1954
Two professors take a page from George Bernard Shaw and settle a behaviorism dispute on heredity vs. environment by trying to reform three slovenly, crass handymen (played, of course, by the Stooges). A several-million-dollar bet is made, and Quackenbush sets to training his three Lizas. Several months pass, and the newborn gentlemen attend a dinner party. They behave themselves for about two minutes. The short is capped off by a horrendous pie fight. Good line: "Why, you act as if the sword of Damocles was hanging over your head!" 1958
The Stooges have no clue that they are dating the same woman, who is using them to get engagement rings from all three. The boys arrive at her house separately, and each give her a ring. While taking a look around the house Moe & Larry spot each other and catch Joe snuggling with "their" girl. A fight ensues, and Moe and Larry beat each other senseless. But Joe gets the upperhand, with help from a little invention the Stooges came up with. 1957
Set in the Western town of Dead Man's Gulch, The Stooges learn the last 6 sheriffs were killed by the villainous Badlands Blackie. He has kidnapped the father of a woman named Nell and Blackie threatens to kill her father unless Nell marries him. Curly becomes the new sheriff, thwarts Blackie and saves Nell's father. 1946
The Stooges failed their military entrance exams and decide to help the country by becoming farmers. Word is received that three men have escaped from a Relocation camp. The escapees later hide on the Stooges' farm. With the help of an explosive ostrich egg, the escapees are defeated. 1944
The Stooges are broke and about to be evicted when Shemp's rich Uncle Phineas comes for a visit. The boys plead with their landlady, Mrs. McGruder, to let them stay, and she relents when she realizes that Uncle Phineas is her long-lost love (although the Stooges don't know that.) Meanwhile, the Stooges have to deal with their new neighbor, an extremely jealous strongman, who discovers his wife in their apartment without her skirt on, thanks to a clumsy Shemp in the kitchen. 1952
After serving in the Army, the stooges decide to go to college and major in criminology. Graduating with the lowest possible honors, they receive their first case, stop a bandit called the Eel who is going to rob the Biltless Hotel. They go to the hotel but they fail to catch the criminal or retrieve the money he stole. As a result they are booted off the force and become ditch diggers. 1955
Larry and Shemp live in a stolen train car. Larry wants to marry his girlfriend but she won't marry him until Shemp marries her older sister. Shemp is constantly drunk and in love with an imaginary canary named Carrie. Moe is an inspector and he finds where the train is. Moe is in love with the older sister, so some competition goes on between Shemp and Moe. In the end both girls want to marry Shemp, but Shemp prefers his imaginary canary. 1952
