Well, this is the original Street Fighter game from Capcom, and I'm playing as Ryu(Player 1) in this complete gamethrough since there was no player select at that time. Martial arts masters Ryu and Ken enter a worldwide martial arts tournament spanning 5 nations as they faces 10 of the world's greatest fighters. The game can be played alone or with 2 players competing, with Player 1 taking the role of Ryu and Player 2 as Ken. The predecessor to the ultra-popular "Street Fighter II - The World Warrior". You may see characters you recognized or others that may not have made the Street Fighter II field.
What's gonna stand out in this particular episode is the 8 minute review of a console that is designed to play your old NES cartridges. We'll give you a live, unrehearsed review. Debuting this month is a segment called the "Mini-Review", in which you'll see 2 flash games that may interest you. Our regular reviews include just Cyber Core for the Turbografx-16 this month, but this should hold you for now.

Classic Game Room reviews SEGA MASTER SYSTEM controller
Classic Game Room reviews the SEGA MASTER SYSTEM controller for the Sega Master System video game console. This controller also works with Master System games played on the Sega Genesis (aka Mega Drive or Megadrive) with the awesome Power Base Converter. It also makes a great replacement controller for the Atari 7800 Prosystem because the controller port is identical and it uses 2 buttons. Classic Game Room brings you the best in new and retro video game reviews. If you like old school gaming accessories, consoles, joysticks and controllers then you should be watching CGRHD!

Classic Game Room HD - BIONIC COMMANDO REARMED review Pt2
Part 2 of 2. Classic Game Room breaks out a review of BIONIC COMMANDO REARMED for the Xbox 360 live arcade XBLA. This Bionic Commando review shows footage and gameplay that will make your head explode with joy. If you loved the Capcom masterpiece, Bionic Commando on the Nintendo Entertainment System from 1988 (the NES ) then you will LOVE this new Bionic Commando also from CAPCOM, masters of bringing old school retro 2d games back with 3d elements but retaining their 2-D charm. 2008 has been a great year on Xbox Live, we got 1942 Joint Strike and now Bionic Commando. This are reports that we'll be getting a full scale newly made 3D style of Bionic Commando for the Xbox 360 and / or Playstation 3 PS3 video game systems. However I have a hard time believing it'll be any better than this. Rumor has it that Mike Patton of Faith No More fame and Mr. Bungle is doing voices??? Is that true? Squeeze me macaroni, that'd be awesome. Capcom is also working on releasing Street Fighter 4 sometime soon and Mega Man 9.... Holy crap!! What do they put in the water over there at Capcom, awesome-juice? Give me some! Street Fighter IV will be amazing if this restyled, retooled August 13, 2008 release of Bionic Commando is any indication. For 800 Microsoft points you get Bionic Commando: Re-armed, the chance to get achievement points and play co-op with a friend. They even added multiplayer, holy bionic moly!! Classic Game Room was the original classic video game review show on the Internet in 1999-2000, now on DVD. The reviews on the HD series are reviewing PS3, PS2, Genesis, NES, Atari and Xbox 360. XBLA. videos review reviews show wii trailer.

Classic Game Room HD - ASTRO WARRIOR for Sega Master System
Part 1 of 2. Classic Game Room HD reviews ASTRO WARRIOR for the Sega Master System video game console! This vertical scroller SHMUP from Sega is an awesome game that comes on the same cartridge for Hang On. How can you live without that? Shoot enemies that you must "surely revive" and watch them explode into fireballs in space which is of course silly because there could be no fireball without oxygen and space is devoid of oxygen except in the situation that the enemies have oxygen in their space craft and if your lasers blow up the space craft that oxygen could momentarily support an explosion in space until it dissipates. Either way, it definately wouldn't make a sound. That's fiction. The rest of Astro Warrior is fact! Maybe not. It is a fact that if you like Xevious, Raiden, Fireshark, Truxton or Radiant Silvergun that you'll love Astro Warrior. As far as SHMUPS go this isn't anything groundbreaking, but it is insanely fun and addictive and challenging after the first few levels. This is part 1 of a 2 part review and us old timers can remember the McD (clap clap) LT reference. Classic Game Room is the ultimate retro review show on YouTube. All others are wanna be posers who aspire to be ALF. That's a joke. Or is it? CGR bitches! Old School game reviews for those smarter than microbes. As we prepare for Nintendo week here's another dose of Sega Master System reviews!

Classic Game Room HD - 1987 SEGA CATALOG for Master System
Watch in High Def! Classic Game Room HD reviews the 1987 Sega of America catalog for the Sega Master System! This catalog is a fold out poster that came in game packages for SMS games and consists of colorful artwork and a list of software titles that they want you to buy. Games included on there are Zillion, the Ninja, Rocky, Space Harrier and many more. How does this Sega catalog compare to the 1982 Atari 2600 catalog that CGRHD previously reviewed? We found it in the box for R-Type on the Master System and unfolded it and were very excited, so excited in fact that we decided to review it for you! Enjoy this old school review from retro reviewer and modern game reviewer Classic Game Room, reviewing games from the 70's, 80's, 90's and today.
Classic Game Room HD reviews OUT RUN for the Sega Genesis video game console! Out Run is the Sega arcade classic hit designed by Yu Suzuki. This 16-bit conversion of OutRun on the Genesis looks and sounds brilliant. The Mega Drive handles the gameplay in a more solid way than the Sega Master System, although the Master System version remains excellent, just different. Here on the Genesis we get better graphics and smoother gameplay than the older SMS port which enhanced the arcade feel of this Megadrive game. Outrun on the Genesis has 4 songs instead of the standard 3, the car flips over and over and bodies fly out of it, the graphics on the side of the road have more detail. Out Run is an awesome arcade racer and and excellent driving game. Long before we were all obsessed with driving simulators like Gran Turismo 5 and Forza 2 there was Out Run (with several different arcade configurations like a stand up machine with steering wheel and a car shaped sit down machine that moved with the game). Millions of quarters were plugged into Out Run machines around the world giving us the chance to drive a Ferrari Testarossa convertible with a beautiful, shallow bimbo at our side. Ahhhh, the palm trees, smooth beats and blocky things over the road. OUT RUN! Classic Game Room serves up retro video game reviews for retro gamers and new video gamers alike. Classic Game Room is not to be fooled with. Do not taunt Classic Game Room.

Classic Game Room HD - RAMPAGE for Sega Master System
Classic Game Room HD reviews RAMPAGE for the Sega Master System video game console. Rampage was released in 1986 for the arcades by Bally Midway and allowed three players to play one of 3 different monsters at the same time! Play as George, Lizzy or Ralph, huge mutants that resemble Godzilla, King Kong and a big Wolf! Rampage is a classic arcade smash hit, and the stand up machine is worth a great amount of cash today. This awesome version on the Sega Master System was released in 1986 and was distributed by Activision. The SMS has some great arcade ports and some real duds, this is one of the best! Controls are spot on, colors and graphics are superb and Rampage comes alive in this cartridge. Classic Game Room is the retro reviewer to watch for Sega reviews. CGRHD loves Sega and is a Sega reviewer of consoles like the Master System, Sega Dreamcast, Sega Genesis, Sega CD and Sega Saturn. This review shows gameplay and footage from Rampage! Old school gaming at its finest. Will Rampage see a remake on XBLA Xbox Live Arcade, the PS3 Playstation network or Wii virtual console... maybe it's on Wii. Maybe I should check that.

Classic Game Room - SEGA DREAMCAST vs. MAGNAVOX ODYSSEY 2
Classic Game Room HD reviews a competition between two video game console powerhouses, the SEGA DREAMCAST vs. the MAGNAVOX ODYSSEY 2. Which gaming system is the winner, the Sega Dreamcast or the Magnavox Odyssey 2? Watch this detailed review and find out. The Sega Dreamcast is a popular game system that was released in North America in 1999. The Magnavox Odyssey 2 is a classic cartridge based game console released in 1978. In some ways these two game systems could not be more different... in some ways they could not be more alike. The Sega Dreamcast has Sonic, Crazy Taxi, Soul Calibur and Chu Chu Rocket. The Magnavox Odyssey 2 has K.C. Munchkin, KC's Krazy Chase, War of Nerves and Invaders from Hyperspace. Each game console costs about $40 today, used, and games are readily available and frequently inexpensive. Sega is well known for the amazing array of arcade titles, machines and game consoles like the Sega Master System, Sega Genesis, Megadrive, Game Gear and Sega Saturn. Magnavox is known for.... televisions. Maybe they made boom boxes too, and lots of other stuff. This is an interesting and entertaining look at two video game consoles with short life spans. It didn't have to be that way, and it doesn't. You can buy the Dreamcast, Odyssey 2 and stacks of games for a fraction of the price of a new PS3 or Xbox 360. Classic Game Room loves classic retro systems as much as the new ones, and this competition of Sega Dreamcast vs Magnavox Odyssey 2 is one of our finest examples of how completely insane we are. We've already compared the Atari 2600 versus the Playstation 2 and the Atari 7800 vs. the PS3 and the Xbox 360 vs. the NES... why not this side by side awesome console comparison? CGRHD!

Classic Game Room HD - TIGER WOODS PGA TOUR 09 Wii review
Part 1 of 2: Classic Game Room HD reviews TIGER WOODS PGA TOUR 09 PRO PLAY for the Nintendo Wii video game console. This EA Tiger Woods 09 review has gameplay and footage from PGA Tour Pro Play 09 showing golfing action from the video game demonstrating why CGRHD likes this game but calls it "unbalanced". You can play as the ex-Buick spokesperson or any number of other professional golfers in PGA Tour 09. If that bores you then create your own human being or likeness of yourself or Luke Skywalker to dominate the golfing rink. Round after round you drive balls with force into holes (heh heh...), use irons and pitching wedges and putters and crush the opposition without mercy. 18 holes of Ninja Golf? Not this time buddy, this time is 18 holes of EA Sports golfing action gameplay requiring the gamer to master numerous gold courses and winning strategies. Classic Game Room may usually review games with laser beams, space ships and ninja assassins. Today we review GORF... GOLF! CGR already reviewed Gorf and that's a good game. Even better than this one actually. Classic Game Room is the ultimate retro and new school reviewer reviewing modern and classic video games for new gamers and retro gaming aficionados today. For PGA Tour 2010 we request ninjas, laser beams and space ships. It's a hole in one of footage! This review of PGA Tour 09 is for the Wii but this game is also available for Xbox 360.
Classic Game Room HD reviews the cartridge design for the NINTENDO ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM!! Remember the giant, grey, massive, behemoth Nintendo game cartridges for the Nintendo Entertainment System... aka the NES. The NES has a massive library of games and most of them come in these hulking, grey cartridges with loads of interesting design features. They have ridges, spots for your fingers, are easily stackable, fun to collect and have interesting and collectable artwork! Companies like Nintendo, Konami, Activision, Tengen, Tecmo, Capcom, Jaleco, Acclaim and Sunsoft made a wealth of exciting and entertaining games for the NES for a period of nearly a decade! Games like Gradius, Contra, Metroid, Blaster Master, Airwolf, Top Gun, Super Mario Brothers, Duck Hunt, Pinball Quest, Thunderbirds and Commando were produced to bring the video game industry back from near extinction in the 80's. When the NES arrived in 1985 it took the world by storm and introduced gamers everywhere to Mario, Samus, Mega Man and hordes of other video game lead characters that are still popular today. Classic Game Room HD looks closely and investigates, reviews and contemplates the very distinctive cartridge design for the retro games on the NES! Do you collect NES games, do you wonder what the best NES game is and who makes the best NES video game reviews (CGRHD of course!) Well check out this review where we look at NES vs. Atari 2600 in a battle of plastic supremacy!
