Pero luego cayó en las millas de hielo de las profundidades del Atlántico Norte, donde permaneció perdido durante más de sesenta años. But now, with the world facing the very same evil, Captain America must rise again as our last hope of survival, and lead a strong-willed team of today's superheroes. Comics! Ultimate Human #4, Countdown #1, New Avengers #40
Pete's a big fan of Ultimate Human #4 but Justin's not having it and says there's a Duck Tales reference in there somewhere. Hmmmm. Then, we've made it all the way to Countdown #1 and we've gotta say, we haven't really been bowled over by this series. It just didn't pan out and we didn't need 52 issues of this. The Secret Invasion is on in New Avengers #40 with Bendis at the reins. We really enjoyed this issue, but we think putting this great story under the "New Avengers" title does this story a disservice. In this speed round we check out Mice Templar #4, Everybody's Dead #2, Hulk Vs. Hercules One Shot, Secret History of Authority: Hawksmoor #2, and Checkmate #25. In our viewer mail, we talk about what our thoughts are on Will Eisner's The Spirit movie after all was saw and heard at New York Comic Con.
