Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Qualifications:

• 5 - 7 years experience in testing a web application.
• 5 - 7 years experience in testing a client/server application
• SQL experience required.
• Proficiency with dynamic scripting language such as Java, Perl, Python is strongly preferred.
• Working knowledge of QA tools such as JMeter, Mercury, Silk highly desired.
• Experience managing SCM and bug-scrub processes.
• Ability to lead and motivate others.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving skills.
