the title of this ending is ババロア, Bavarois In English(it's a name of a food check 2:35 of the video), for me this is one of the best ending of the game, on this ending, kotonoha trick makoto and force him, and then kotonoha manage to take a picture using her phone(a picture contain h-scene between kotonoha and makoto) and show it to sekai with an evil smile on her face, kotonoha keeps on bullying sekai, she start lying by saying makoto was enjoying better than sekai's but the truth is she's just forcing him, makoto hears about it, and because of that makoto dump kotonoha, and run into sekai's place, vote for your favorite character at http://glenn-sd.bravehost.com it also have the game screenshots and music video using the game videos
