This is the Pikaderi series. It is where Gaki no Tsukai Ya Arahende has a special guest that comes every so often to show his experience in certain professions. The comedian is Pikaderi (some old comedian).

I couldn't fit the whole title but the whole thing is "The Very Best of Downtown no Gottsu ee Kanji DVD". Basically it's the DVDs that show the best previous comedy skits from the show "Downtown no Gottsu ee Kanji" hosted by Downtown.

You wouldnt happen to know where I could find the haunted hotel subbed would you. I can only find low quality youtube versions.
