For there to be darkness, there must also be light, no matter how little or how bright.

  • This EXTREMELY high energy anime is, from my point of view, best described as something thought up by Haruhi Suzumiya at the height of her boredom. But it is hilarious!

  • An interesting series about a fox deity who can turn into a beautiful woman or a man. The fox deity, Kugen, is released to protect two members of a family. The name of the show probably comes from Inari, a kami associated with foxes and, if I'm not mistaken, sometimes depicted as one.

about me:
I'm a student currently studying for a bachelor's degree in environmental science. Of course, my interests are below. I don't have a website (don't know how to make one or get an address for one), but I'm fine with that. The reason I'm interested in cycads is actually an outgrowth of two things I loved when I was a kid; dinosaurs and growing plants (all the plants died-without exception). Cycads were the one of the dominant groups of plants during much of the Mesozoic era, so naturally i was overjoyed to discover that they still existed today. So when i found seeds available for some cycads, i decided to try my hand at growing them. Well, alot of the seeds died, but I'm currently growing a second batch (6 out of around 18 survived from the first batch). Hopefully I'll have more success. For those who don't know, cycads look like palms, buts are usually much more squat and if you look closely, you can see that the trunk has a different look as well. They also don't fruit like palms, but produce cones instead.
interests:
Anime, manga, cycads
tv:
Tsukuyomi (my first positive view of vamps, btw), Negima!, FMP!, FMA, Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, Yu Yu Hakusho, Mushishi, Maburaho, Inukami, Wagaya no Oinari-sama, Shuffle! and Slayers
movies:
Lord of the Rings Trilogy

Hi, a new anime season comes. I've watched some anime like CLANNAD AFTER STORY, toradora, etc. Have you watched any anime?

TOEFL stands for Test Of English as a Foreign Language. Many American and English universities require good TOEFL score to who wants to go study there. That's why I must study hard!!

It's TOEFL test. If I get good score, over 550/677, I can go abroad to study with low cost. Last test I got 513 points, so I must study harder. And, yes. I watch Sekirei every week. There are cute girls, and their nakano-hito(seiyu=voice actor) are great!!
