Lee County Schools: Rural Advantage - Modern Technology: This project is a DVD presentation on Lee County Schools, Alabama. Principle photography and post production editing took place from August of 2005 through September of 2006 and covered 12 schools of the system. The overall project is a perfect example of a collaborative effort between myself, the crew and Superintendent John Painter and the LCS PR Representative Cindy Irvin. As a filmmaker, I cannot recall a more professional and creative combination. We filmed the school system segments for the major DVD presentation over a period of an entire school year in order to really get a feel for the entire county school system. Also, it allowed us to be able to cover the various events that normally occur throughout a typical school year. Tom Lenard Producer, Director/DP, Editor
