and the effect doesnt ever come off.... but if you do fortify attribute.. it will only let you have 2* so if you fortify a lot of others, it will come off, same as skills,

oh i do that 3 ways lol, the sword and arrows, and 2+ scrolls, but i loved this one so much!!!!! make a ring at the arcane university... then get 2 only 2 of the same scroll, click the scroll 2 times, then drop the ring, then pick the 2 back up, then equip one, then clikc the 2 scrolls 2 times, then drop the unequipted ring, they will both drop, then you will get the effect you have from the ring, and not wearing it!you can do this as many times, if i had the rings on right now, id have 20 on.. dont do anything dumb,, as in chameleon... or damage health lol, fortify magicka! its awesome~!.. lol..
