just because she's mad, does not mean she gets some powerup. Just because it happens that way in DBZ or fucking Bleach, where they like to ass rape reality (they should make that into a doujin. Reality all tied up with a ballgag in her mouth while some tentacle monster called "anime" fucks it six ways from the ten dimensions) does not mean all mangas/animes do.
