In the wake of anti-Semitic and anti-Israel aggression which erupted at the 2001 Durban Conference Against Racism, plus an upsurge of anti-Semitic hostility on university campuses, 2009 saw Jewish student bodies and Israeli delegations turn up in droves to Durban II.
