Aoi Misora est infirmière depuis 3 ans dans un prestigieux hôpital : Le Seiten Sogo Hôpital. Après avoir été impliquée dans des rumeurs au sein du service des urgences, elle est transférée dans le service médical d'un hôpital de province. Contrairement à son ancien lieu de travail, ici, les patients ayant survécu aux urgences doivent être traités avec beaucoup de soin.
