I feel the need to clarify something: I don't worship the devil; that would be ridiculous. I do happen to agree with a lot of the things he tells me, but I do not WORSHIP him.

  • This is my fourth and unfortunately final match from New Japan's BOSJ '98 (however I will be uploading some more matches from earlier and later BOSJ tourneys), but boy is it a doozey. Dr. Wagner had been dominating nearly everyone in his path, and now all that stands between him becoming the first foreign invader BOSJ champion is NJPW stalwart Koji Kanemoto. Can Kanemoto avenge his disappointing loss in the previous year's finals and finally say he's the best in the world? Or is his speed advantage and high impact striking ability simply not enough to counter the raw power and technical prowess of Dr. Wagner, Jr.? If 90% of this match is in any indication, things aren't looking too bright for the former Tiger Mask III...

  • Another match from NJPW's Best of the Super Juniors, '98. Heavily clipped down from it's original length of 16:52, leaving in most of the good stuff. This is the match that features the infamous "poisoned 'rana", a move that miraculously doesn't kill the recently unmasked Hayashi.

  • Another tournament match from NJPW's Best of the Super Juniors 1998, this time time featuring fan-favorite Shinjiro Ohtani in somewhat of an underdog role against then-2 time winner (now 3 after his victory in 2001), Jyushin "Thunder" Liger. For NJPW juniors action, it doesn't get much better than this.

  • Features: Koji Kanemoto vs. Yuji Yasuraoka - Kanemoto apparently hates Yasuraoka with the heat of a thousand exploding suns, but the young representative of WAR refuses to back down. Jyushin "Thunder" Liger vs. Masakazu Fukuda - This would sadly be Fukuda's first and last BOSJ appearance before passing away only a few years later. Don't skip this just because he doesn't have the name recognition of an Ohtani or Kanemoto, because he takes Liger to the absolute limit. Shinjiro Ohtani vs. El Samurai - ElSam shows NO RESPECT for Ohtani and Ohtani returns the favor by dumping Samurai on his head as often as possible. Heavily clipped, so what you end up with is all the awesome near-falls and the super-hot finish. El Samurai vs. Tatsuhito Takaiwa - Also clipped, but a very good introduction to the junior wrecking ball that is Takaiwa. Ohtani vs. Takaiwa - So good, they showed up twice! Veteran fan-favorite Ohtani takes the questionable strategy of trying to match power with the young upstart Takaiwa.

about me:
I'm a lover, not a fighter... Unless of course the other fighter happens to be a one-legged hemophiliac; then I'd totally lay down an ass whoopin'.
interests:
Videogames (Japanese RPGs, wrestling, and survival-horror, specifically Resident Evil - not like there are a whole lot of other SH games worth a damn, though), wrestling, tattoos, movies, anime, comics and action figures.
tv:
Most of the TV I watch is now on Veoh or DVD sets: South Park, Venture Brothers, Scrubs, Shin Chan.
movies:
Team America, horror (Texas Chainsaw, Phantasm, Saw), just about anything involving zombies (horror or otherwise), and the occasional abstract insanity such as Pan's Labyrinth and Natural Born Killers.
music:
Slayer, Lamb Of God, Shadows Fall, Pantera, Down, All That Remains, Hatbereed, Danzig and stand-up by Dave Attell, Louis C.K., Dave Chappelle, Henry Rollins, and Bill Hicks (greatest and most stolen from comedian of all time, IMO).

Depending on what kind of file format those sections from that DVD rip are in, you can use Windows Movie Maker to merge them all into a single file. If those sections are in a format like vcd or divx you'll probably need something like Vegas to put them together. Send me a message and I can hook you up with that.

Man, to be completely honest with ya, I don't know no nuthin' 'bout nuthin' like that. I am completely oblivious to anything technology-wise. But let ask around, maybe I'll be able to pick up some useful info and send it your way

Wow man, that's some goods you have. I wouldn't mind seeing that ECW documentary. And Chris Hero is always fun to watch. If you're worried about legal issues, maybe you could post your vids under a bogus name or something
