Case in point...Medicare...Republicans were adamantly opposed to it...and have always tried to sabotage it!...They seem to think that runaway, out-of-control health care inflation is just an immutable fact of life...therefore the govt. should shift the burden of going broke from the govt. to the individual!!! Brilliant!!!
