In 1982 Bedrosian was named Rookie Pitcher of the Year as a Atlanta Brave. In 1989 Steve was traded to the San Francisco Giants helping the team to their Pennant since 1962. Nicknamed "Bedrock" Steve was a Member of the World Champions Minnesota Twins in 1991. As a Free Agent in 1993 Steve Returned to the Atlanta Braves Where He Pitched Three More Years, Until Retiring After the 1995 Season.
