No, you must change it from foxy proxy option ,, easiest way to find this options is just right click and choose foxy proxy from context menu ,,, And what about address,, you will use proxy server to connect to this site, so you have to find working from the closest country to yours, of course this country must be not blocked by veoh,,, just google it "proxy server " you will find address and port which you must add to your foxy proxy options/add new proxy/proxy details ,,,, but I don't know if in english version names of those options are the same,, I just translate it from Polish version

I don't know how to explain to you because I have firefox and forxy proxy in Polish , and I don't know how it looks like in English version. But I can try to help you , choose option then add new proxy next is proxy details here you can type your proxy address and port,, and that will be it,,, of course you must find address to working proxy server first.

You guys talking about proxy soft?? , you don't need one, you need a valid address and proxy plugin to your browser like firefox,,, I have FoxyProxy for firefox and its works great, I don't use it on veoh of course but for japanese sites with some limitations ^^
