The judge was late to hear the case because she was getting her hair and nails done. I'm now disabled and can't work and have to survive on $768 a month. I have to see a doctor every month and pay them specialist fees just to get pain management that allows me to get out of bed every day.

I was terminated from a job because I couldn't show up for work anymore. My back was injured over a period of time because of a support system they had changed. The workmans comp judge said she dismissed the case because I was a day late in filing and the reason for that was I was was going through physical rehab and giving the company the benefit of the doubt. I was supposed to be re cooperating from surgery when I filed and could barely walk.
