World War 2 In Poland: The Polish Underground Resistance
Tadeuz Komorowski - known as “General Bor” - was the guest on this episode of the Longines Chronoscope with Frank Knight. Bor was the leader of the Polish underground movement against the Germans in Poland during WWII. He comments on the difficulty of leading an underground movement during peaceful time. He says that the Russians are much more experienced with underground groups than the Germans and are therefore able to control them much better. Bor expects to see Poland again as a free country before he dies. See the full length: www.qualityinformationpublishers.com

No. I suppose if you left, and some of them did, they were shot as cowards. That is another thing with shell shock I never saw anyone with it, never experienced it, but it seemed you stood at the bottom of the ladder and you just could not move. Shellshock took all the nervous power out of you. Harry Patch
