good job on the video exercise...don't matter how you do it, as long as you're working out, keeps the muscle active...but man...16 weeks? 9 weeks on the bowflex and my abs are beyond cut and this is coming from someone who's got a beer belly that sticks out like a woman that's 8 months pregnant, and to top that off, never worked out in my life., not that I"m trying to talk crap but for someone new who wants to get a six pack ab, videos like these are what drive(scare) people away from working out thinking there's too much to do and too excessive. bowflex, 20 minutes a day 3 times a week with only 6 exercise routine and 9 weeks later a cut and shredded ab that's contest prep ready....just keep that in mind...if you're trying to get newcomers to exercise, being and providing too excessive info will scare them away...
