Beat 2 is the sequel to BEAT. It is a tragic short film that takes place in one single day. It tells the story of Shan, a guitarist in search of true love. Every day, he sings the same song at a bar, waiting for his true love to appear. As fate has it, he meets a girl, Evelyn, at the bar. Both of them share an undeniable chemistry and get on to a great start. As they get to know each other deeper, Shan’s dark past is revealed. Trouble comes in the form of Shan’s former gang, led by Fee & Zi, who wants revenge. As Shan and Evelyn spend time with each other, the relationship between them blossom. However, Fee captures Evelyn. What will happen to Evelyn? Will Shan ever find true love? And a terrible truth will emerge! What is it? Your answers will be revealed in BEAT 2, a dramatic, action-packed short film!
