My Bolex film project, based on a (very) loose interpretation of the lyrics to Miyavi's "Itoshii Hito". Shot on 15mm with a bolex and edited in Premiere. There may be a long cut posted at some point. Enjoy.
A traditional cut out piece, done under the camera in iStopMotion. The fish, tree, and water are all watercolor on bristol and the fish is connected with sewing thread and clear nail polish, which surprisingly works very well. Enjoy.
One of my animation homework assignments from last semester. Ignore the ugly light box. Done completely under the camera in iStopMotion. Enjoy
A cycle done for my drawing for animators class of my original character, Maeve. Done traditional style: lots of paper, pencils, and a digital camera with some iStopMotion. Enjoy.

thanks for replying :) the 1st time i shot w/ a bolex nothing came out right. that's why i asked. I love the way 16mm looks especially black & white. It's rare fro me to come across someone who has shot w/ film in class. what other kind of school projects have you been involved in?
i also liked your "beloved one" vid...i had to do a bolex project for my cinematography class...was that you're 1st time shooting on 16mm?
