Luffy from One Piece), the Tinman (Alphonse from FMA), and the Cowardly Lion (Kon from Bleach), journey from Munchiyo village to Neo-Ozaka to get what they need. Also starring Yukari from Azumanga Daioh as the Wicked Witch of the West, and Gendo Ikari as Ozaka, the Great and Powerful.
