Butterfly Knife (it has three parts: two handles and one blade)
Butterfly (Start by swinging your arms in front of you in a downwards circle motion. Grab your poi and try doing the same motion, once you are comfortable with this and have stopped tangling them up make your circles smaller until most of the movement is in your wrists)
